Normally the best times of the year to visit Rome are April, May and October. In December the days are still warm and the nights are slightly cool, so that Rome welcomed me with 23°C. Our hotel is located 5 minutes away from the central station, so that we start our trip through Rome immediately after arriving. We walk to the Colosseum, the greatest arena in the ancient world and discover amazing squares and fountains like the Trevi fountain or the Spanish steps by day and night. The treasures and masterpieces of Roman art and architecture fascinate us constantly on our way through the town. Today I will show you some impressions from one of the most beautiful European cities.
