Flowers and Coconuts in El Nido

After I spend some days in Manila, I flew to El Nido, Palawan, which is a small island located in the eastern part of the Philippines. As I was waiting for my flight, with a small Transvoyager airplane, I met Maria, a nice girl from Sweden. As we were talking about our plans I can´t stop asking here about El Nido. After a while she answered me with a smile on her lips: Take care, you gonna fell in love with this place! I´m not quite sure about of what to expect, because I didn´t knew anything at all, except of the amazing nature. After arriving in my hotel, I opening the windows of my cottage with the ocean in front and can´t find any words. This place is so different from Manila, a city with its dirty houses, smock, traffic and the constant noise, I feel like in Paradise. Palm trees with its yellow coconuts and flowers in all colors. I need one day to realize how lucky I am to see this beauty and one of the most amazing sunsets. I sit there looking down on the water and remember Maria and what she told me. I think about and have to agree: I slowly dell in love with El Nido.
