Today I will show you one of these spots that are on top of my list as a Must-See Travel Destination.
When I think about the Colorado River there is the Horseshoe Bend that comes immediately in my mind. It is probably the most famous bend on earth and is located 140 miles from the South Rim and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. This canyon area became pretty famous by it´s impressive view over the Colorado River and the bend on the edge of the canyon.
How to get there?
If you plan to go by car from Rim to Rim via Highway 89/89A, leave it towards Page from where you will find the Horseshow Bend 6 km southwesterly.
